You can make tax-deferred contributions to your retirement account through deductions from your commission checks. The program offers a variety of investment options to accommodate your financial needs and preferences.
In New York, in order to obtain a real estate sales license, the applicant must:
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Complete a 75-hour pre-license course
  • Pass the state licensing examination
  • If accepted by the Real Estate Commission, pay a licensure fee
